- 152 peak hour generated trips
- Improvement recommendations included:
- Exclusive left and right-turn lanes into the site
- Ten (10) foot multi-use trail
- Installation of ADA compliant handicap ramps along the proposed multi-use trail
- Installation of a Traffic Signal
