- Development consisted of 540 single-family homes and fifteen (15) townhomes
- Eight (8) intersections analyzed
- 5,000 daily generated trips
- 524 peak hour generated trips
- Improvement recommendations included:
- Exclusive left and right-turn lanes at four (4) separate intersections
- Installation of a raised concrete island
- Installation of a Traffic Signal, and
- Interconnection and optimization of an existing traffic signal
